Sam's Clubs: FREE Children's Health Screenings 8/11

Does your child need a BMI or blood pressure check?  Visit a Sam's Clubs FREE children's health screening this Saturday, August 11, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.  The health screening has a value of up to $150 and includes fingerprinting kits, take-home DNA Saliva Swabs, dental tablets, blood pressure tests, body mass index screening and a Sesame Street "Healthy Teeth, Healthy Me" kit.

The children's health screening is free of charge to everyone, a Sam's Club membership is not required.

Screenings are only available at Sam's Clubs with a pharmacy.  Screening types and quantities may vary by club.  Be sure to check with your local club for details.  Limited quantities available.
