Every week I post a link to SundayCouponPreview.com. This website typically gives us a peek into what coupons are coming up in our local newspapers. Since coupons are regional, it can be a bit off from time to time but overall, it is a great resource. Every year there is a coupon insert schedule as well, this helps us determine how many inserts (if any) will be in our newspapers. Jennie over at BargainBlessings.com put together a schedule of upcoming inserts based on previous years. It's all subject to change but I thought it would be a great post so you have an idea for 2012:

I check the site: couponmom.com for deals. But I will take my lovely binder with every time I go to the stores to make sure I get all the deals. I'm always home from getting my Sunday papers by 8:30 and will usually post how coupons are. Any questions or if anyone needs certain coupons let me know. Also, for those of you that don't know Giant Eagle has extended their coupon policy two weeks past their expiration dates. Enjoy guys this is fun!!
I had an AWESOME shopping trip today. First stop Wal Mart before coupons my bill was $67.63 after coupons.. $26.13. Next stop Giant Eagle my bill was...$130.22 after coupons.. $37.41. I had a blast! This is so worth my time. I'm hoping to re-build my "grocery store" as my family calls it. I made 3 donations just this week. Let me just tell you how great it is to know that you can help people out and NOT break the bank!! Anyone need help I would be more than happy to help out or give advice. Merry Christmas!
How accurate is this list? Just curious because Proctor and Gamble came out on April 29, not May 6th. But other than that it was has been pretty accurate for me.
Anyone can throw off the schedule at any time. For the most part, it is accurate but I've also noticed a few companies that throw the schedule off a bit and give no notice.
