Recipes and Cooking Tips
This tender cut has a beefy flavor and buttery texture. To prepare it, just rub with olive oil and your favorite rub. Sear until evenly browned, then roast slowly, at 250°, to desired internal temperature. This will seal in the juices and make for a beautiful presentation. Don’t forget to let it rest for 5 minutes before serving! Two of our favorite recipes:
Grilled Steaks with Mushrooms and Blue Cheese
Grilled Strip Steaks with Spicy Onion and Tomato Salad
Pair the steaks with Georges Dubœuf Malbec (France) – a superb gift wine that’s elegant and powerful with black currant and hard candy flavors.
