Visit Meet the Team for more information on our volunteers, staff and Sarah Roe, Money Saving Queen.
PLEASE remember this is not a technical website, if you are having issues with printing coupons see question #4. If you are having problems with a store, contact the store directly.
Deal Disclaimer: It is possible for a coupon to become invalid, it is also possible for deals to vary greatly by store. Although this does not happen often, some stores will stop honoring a deal if too many have redeemed it. Please contact your store before you go to make sure your store or restaurant is running that specific deal or coupon.
1. Why the name change?
I began blogging as 918 Coupon Queen and have taught workshops under that title for 2 years however, we have gained a strong national following and offer much more than coupons. We’re expanding and are now offering travel deals, retail deals and much more. We thought the name Money Saving Queen would be a much better fit.
I still offer the same matchups and deals as before, we've just grown bigger and better!
2. I’m new to MoneySavingQueen.com, where do I start?
First, visit the front page of the site everyday for new deals or sign up for our daily email newsletter so you never miss a deal!
If you’re new to couponing and want to learn how to cut your grocery bill by 50-80% then pick up a copy of my book, “The Power of Coupons: 13 Ways to Save” or stop by an in-person workshop!

3. I’ve tried posting on the forums but I can’t get it to work.
Make sure you have registered for our forums. Then, you MUST click the activation link sent to you via e-mail (Please check your junk/spam folders to be sure you received it). Once, you’ve verified your account you are good to go!
Also remember, signing up to post a comment on the front of the website is not the same as signing up for the forums. Both use different systems and require different log in information.
4. I’ve tried printing coupons from your site, but they never print. What do I do?
A few coupon websites such as coupons.com require you do download their software in order to print the coupons. Be sure that you have downloaded and restarted your computer if you are having problems.
If you’ve downloaded the software but still can’t get the coupons to print please click for the Coupons.com help page.
I do not require any software to be downloaded, this is required from some (not all) coupon websites. They (the coupon printer mostly) are safe for your computer, I use them frequently. But do make sure you are dowloading from a reputable site.
If you are having issues with coupon sites like smartsource.com, redplum.com or coupons.com PLEASE contact them directly. We will not respond to technical questions.
If you are having issues with other coupons printing, try sending an e-mail to the company and requesting a coupon via snail mail.
5. I received an e-mail from a friend with a coupon, how do I know if it’s real or fake?
Internet coupon fraud is on the rise, to find out if your coupons are valid click to learn more about recognizing fraudulent coupons. Remember, using fake coupons steals from stores and hurts all of us.
6. I took my coupons to my local store but they refused to honor them.
On occasion, this does happen, read what to do if your coupons are denied. Money Saving Queen, Sarah Roe does not work for any store and cannot address store issues, please contact a manager or store representative to resolve the matter.
7. What stores take coupons? Do you list store policies?
The policies do stay updated in the Money Saving Queen Forums, all you have to do is click on the store’s name to see the policy.
If you want to know the policy of a store not listed in our forums, simply call your store directly and ask them what types of coupons they offer and what deals they run. Also, read this post all about Knowing Your Store Policies.
8. I’d like to post a coupon/deal for my business, where do I post it?
Our forums are for posting deals and coupons that you find in store and/or online. However, we do not allow posts that directly benefit your personal business nor affiliate links that benefit you personally.
Those types of posts are considered advertising and will be deleted if posted on our site or social media pages. If you are interested in advertising, please check out our Advertising Contact Form.
9. I found a hot deal-how do I get the word out?
If you’ve found a great deal that will benefit our readers, please send me the deal directly at MoneySavingQueen@gmail.com. Or, you can post the deal in our Money Saving Queen Forums or fill out our Submit a Deal Form.
Although, I can’t respond to every e-mail I receive, if I use your deal I will be sure to give you credit. If you are a blogger, please include a link to your blog post.
