Check out Recyclebank.com! I’ll admit I’ve been hesitant to post about Recyclebank.com until I knew for sure that it worked.

It is an awesome company promoting recycling by rewarding you for doing so. You can sign up for curbside recycling, recycle electronics and more.

The curbside recycling program offered through Recyclebank.com doesn’t seem to be available in the Tulsa area (our recycling program is through another group) however, you can still sign up and reap the rewards!

Go here and sign up for an account with Kashless. This is a FREE classified ad service. If your city is not listed, then just choose one close by.

After registering, you’ll need to confirm your e-mail address with a link they will send you via email.

After doing so, click on the “rewards” tab at the top and link your RecycleBank account (by entering your RecycleBank password).

Now click on the “Saved Searches” tab and you’ll be able to start saving searches by searching for any type of classified ad.

You’ll get 10 additional points added to your RecycleBank account for every search you save—up to 300 points and this should take you literally no time at all!

The points that you earn each week should show up in your RecycleBank account within a few days and then you can start redeeming them for even more high value and even FREE product coupons!

I cashed in the 100 points I got for registering for 2 $5 Huggies coupons. Got them in the mail the other day and will be using them next week on the Huggies sale at Walgreens! I'm currently waiting for around 1600 (!!) points to be credited to my account for an old cell phone I recycled. It was super easy too--just entered the phone info, then printed the prepaid shipping label and stuck it in an envelope.

FYI, this and other referrals have "overwhelmed" the kashless site, so they are not currently giving points. Hopefully they will be back up and running soon; I'm excited to try it out!

I did this just yesterday with Kashless and it worked for me. Although I could understand why it would disappear-many, many people have been pushing to it.
