Anyone got it to work? I created acct, click on 'my account' and do not see a Papa Points to click on to enroll.....
I have logged into my account and see it.. it's on the left side of the screen under my account and it has a plus sign next to where it says Papa Points.
I am unable to get this to work, also. PAPA points is not there,
I have looked several times and the papa points just is not showing up on my account, just the other stuff like name, addr, preferences..... maybe it is because I am outside of the delivery area? Or because its a new acct and have ordered?
I have it working on my account. I just logged in, went to account and clicked Enable on Papa Points. If it's not working, you may want to contact them directly. As of right now, I'm not sure what else to do since it works for me.
It's possible the delivery area has something to do with it, but I'm not sure.

It's not a scam- Papa John's has been promoting it all over the place, including the television. Are you looking under My account? If you scroll down, there's a box that says "Papa Points" with a plus sign to the left. Click on the plus sign and a drop down will appear with a button that says enroll. If you are already enrolled, it will have a button that says to de-enroll. It's there, I promise!
I figured it out - you have to set an address (your home address) and if not in the delivery area you have to select a store location for carryout - then without placing an order - click on account and Papa Points is there! Whew my snowed in brain finally read all the directions on the first page of the site....and got it to work. Thanks!
Seriously? A scam? I don't think they would go to the trouble of making commercials and promoting it all over the place if it was a scam. If you have issues with it, contact them, I'm sure they will help you.
