DIY: How to Make a Paper Heart Garland
Jessica made this super cute paper heart garland, check out the steps below and get ready for Valentine's Day:
I love garlands and banners! My goal in life is to have one for every holiday and I'm close to achieving that. YAY!
I love crafts that are frugal and simple to make. I saw this paper heart garland and I HAD to make it! I picked up my cardstock paper at Hobby Lobby. I caught it half off on sale but you could also use your coupon if you miss the sale.
You will need:
6-9 sheets of cardstock paper
stapler
scissors
I picked out 9 sheets in 3 different colors, pink, red and purple, of course, for Valentine's Day! Cut each sheet in half long ways. Then, cut each half sheet in to 1 inch wide strips. My strips are not even nor the same width and I'm ok with that.

Staple two strips in a V shape then bend to make a heart shape. Grab two pieces of the next color and make a V shape and staple at the bottom and repeat. That's it. Do this until you get to the length you want. I used 6 sheets and it was long enough for my window. It would also look great over a mantle or doorway! Enjoy adding some fun Valetine's Day decor to your home!
Thanks, Jessica!
