We love to go out for desert. We have dinner with the kids & then go out for desert or a drink.
I am surprising the husband with a night in a cabin down by Lake Murray, I am even going to pack his fishing pole and go fishing with him. He fishes all year long but I never attend so hopefully he will enjoy then surprise getaway and fishing with me by his side.
Great dates! Please email your idea and a picture to contest@msqtv.com so they count for the giveaway. -Jessica
We love to pack a picnic lunch and go to a local park. After eating we go for a nice walk. Great, cheap date with or without kids.
My boyfriend and I are always tight on money having six kids between us (3 each). We have become quite creative and accustomed to finding ways to have fun without breaking the bank. We love to pack up a lunch and go down to Sylvan Beach in La Porte, which is free. If we want to spend the $4.00 each, we will get tickets to walk on the pier. Dolphins sometimes swim into the bay and we will sit and talk about anything and everything and dolphin watch. Afterward, we may hit up our local pub for a cheap beer and some karaoke. Also, the Miller Outdoor Theatre in Houston offers free performances or movie screenings during their season. You are able to bring food, so a romantic picnic dinner and a good bottle of wine always make for a great evening together. We have found that we often have much more fun on our creative dates than times that we have went out and spent a fortune on a fancy dinner or night out on the town!
... FOR ALL U BUZY PARENTS OUT THERE IN TULSA OK. I RECOMMEND PLAYTIME+. THERE IS ONE TULSA AND I THINK THERE ARE OTHERS. THEY ARE CHEAP LIKE 4$ DEPENDING ON AGE. IT IS PER HIIR BUT FOR A LITTLE EXTRA. YOU CAN HAVE THEM BRING IN FOOD AND THEY WILL FEED AND GIVE THEM SNACKS. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. IT IS WELL WORTH A FEW HOURS BY YOURSELF AND YOUR SPOUSE! ITS A MUST CHECK OUT DEAL...
