Travelocity says the best time to book a flight is in late August, specifically the weekend before Labor Day. Check out these great websites/apps that I use to find great deals and cheap flights!
1. Airfare Watchdog: Simply put in your traveling info and you'll be sent awesome deals as the rates drop. I saw hundreds of dollars in savings when I put in my Summer vacation info, there are great flight deals to be had, you just have to know where to look.
2. Hotel Tonight App: This is a great app if you are on the road and need a hotel & a good deal. Simply put in your info and the app gives you the info of unsold rooms right around you. Great deal at the last minute!
3. TripAlertz.com: You'll grab savings of up to 70% by booking your trip through this website plus, if you invite your friends you'll earn $5 in trip cash! That means, you'll save more money on your vacay!
