Looking to add color to a room or replace some drab curtains? Head over to Homemaker's Challenge and check out a creative way to use shower curtains as drapes. It's a frugal way to add color to any room. I also love the idea to use ribbons as the curtain rings. I think you could even use theme shower rings for a kid's room. Gotta love frugal home decor!

I do shower curtains just like this at www.showercurtainart.com. I hand-paint the shower curtains on fabric instead of printed vinyl, and they are machine-washable as well.
