Welcome to 30 Days of Extreme Reality Couponing! Be sure to follow along with our tips on our Couponing 101 page. And, please spread the word and tell your friends about this series so they can also save 50-80% on their grocery bills!

If you have a rewards card, you can load coupons right onto the card for extra savings. While I don't think the savings are huge at this time, I do think they're getting better and better. Simply register your rewards card like CVS, Walgreens or local grocery store cards with the sites below and start saving:

1. Cellfire.com: Load the savings directly to your card for stores like: Baker's City Market Dillons Fry's Gerbes Hilander JayC King Soopers Kroger Owen's Pay Less QFC Ralphs Scott's Smith's Carrs Dominick's Genuardi's Pavilions Randall's Safeway Tom Thumb Vons ShopRite.

2. SavingsStar.com: Sign up for SavingStar to save digital grocery coupons directly to your store loyalty cards. This program is easy and quick to use!

These are the two most common sites used to load coupons to loyalty cards. Like I said, you won't be getting major savings with these programs but something is better than nothing and they're very easy to use!
