Head over to LunchBoxMagazine.com and check out how to make a frugal ice cream cake. You just layer some ice cream sandwiches and cool whip!
You will need:
12 Ice Cream Sandwiches
12 oz Chocolate Cool Whip
Sprinkles!
Be sure to put a little cool whip on the bottom to make the cake "stick" to your cake platter. Next, layer the ice cream sandwiches and the chocolate cool whip. Top it off with some fun sprinkles. It looks so good!
Not only is it frugal... you stay out of the heat of the kitchen. I love that!
