Toys R Us has their $3.99 candy bags on sale for $1.99. Pair that sale with some of the candy coupons that are out for even a better deal:

We this evening to the 71st & Memorial store. Had a couple of boxes for each type of candy that is on sale. They are on the lower shelves under costumes, and there is a stand alone display in the halloween area. Got 22 bags of good fun size chcolate bars and name brand candy for $43.00. We do a haunted house type house, needs lot of candy.

I found a coupon here for $2 off any Nestle ONE bag of Butterfinger, Crunch and Wonka variety bag it worked on the $1.99 Nerds bag. Yippee!
