Looking for a frugal craft but yet easy and oh so pretty? This Epsom Salt Luminary created by Crafts by Amanda is just what you were looking for. Just get some glass jars, mod podge ( how to make mod podge) and epsom salt and you're on your way to having some creative fun!

Yes....if you read the whole article, she does add food coloring to it to make soft, pastel colors. :0 )
