FREE Bootcamp Tulsa Workouts 10/20
Bootcamp Tulsa is hosting free, full-body workouts this Saturday. "The Pumpkin Workout" coaches from Bootcamp Tulsa including Coach JC will teach participants an effective home workout routine using only a pumpkin.
Saturday, October 20, 2012 the workouts will be held in Broken Arrow at Central Park at 1500 South Main Street at 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. and also in south Tulsa at Hunter Park on 91st between Yale and Sheridan at 9:00 a.m. Just show up. The class is FREE!
