FeedWalmart Coupon Policy Change September 2012

Walmart has recently updated their coupon policy. My advice would be to print the Walmart Coupon Policy and the Walmart Price Matching policy, read it carefully and be sure to carry it with you. If your couponing methods are ever questioned, you can easily pull out the policy. Also, if you do run into a problem at a store, be sure to ask for the manager and get the name of the manager as well.
You can always put your items back and call the corporate offices to voice your complaint if necessary. For me personally, any time I have ran into issues, I"I've simply called a manger and all was well again.

Do NOT go to the Wal-mart in Del City (main streets are 15th and Sooner Rd). The manager will not help you with anything and tell you that there is nothing that they can do when you have a complaint against one of their cashiers. I will not shop at that store any more because of their employees, including managers, are all very rude and show no respect to their customers. Go to a different Wal-mart store to get treated with the respect that you deserve.
Wal Mart in Hannibal, Mo will accuse you of copying coupons if you have two internet coupons that are alike and will only accept one per order! I kept the second coupon, did not step out of line but simply gave the cashier the duplicate product and my coupon which she excepted the manager of cashiers went off the deep end. Told me she knew I had copied coupons (which I hadnt you can print 2 coupons a month from blue bunny) and that she had better never see me do that again. I called the store manager who backed up thier cashier manager!
I have had some problems with the WalMart in Cleveland but if you talk to the store manager she is very helpful. I recommend this store to anyone who is doing price matching or coupons. I went in with a full cart of things I was price matching with coupons and she discussed it with me because she thought it was neat. She is very nice and will help with any questions or concerns you have. It is a great WalMart with a great manager.
