What is this Walmart place you speak of? Is it the store I pass by on my way to any other but it.

At our house we call WalMart "the evil store". I actually had a checker scan my coupons and then take them off because she decided they weren't good. grrrrrr!

Seriously! When are the store managers going to wise up and ask Sarah to help them out with educating the cashiers ??? My husband and I have stopped shopping at the "Small-Mart" and would rather pay the higher price at Reasors. Its just not worth the attitue you are given at the registers.
Just sayin.....

(Sorry Sarah, as if you don't have enough on your plate).

I would just like to say though, couponing has really taught me the true attitude of a store and the friendly factor of their cashiers.

And there is so much to be said about a friendly attitude and good customer service.

I'm happy to say- that the coupon Walmart snubbed their nose at (the $10 one for the Disney Movie- Old Dogs) was happily accepted at Target...
so Target will be the one that gets my business next week when Princess and the Frog is released to Blu-ray. I will walk in with my $10 coupon from Disney and gladly purchase other items I need (just as I did yesterday!)

Sorry Walmart, you lost my business. And I sure wouldn't recommend you to others either.

I had tried to price match at the Sand Springs Wal-Mart a while back. It was when Walgreens had 12 packs of Pepsi products on sale plus a coupon. They said I could only do one or the other. They wouldn't price match then accept the coupon, even though I had the ad. So, I told them no thanks and gave my money to Walgreens.

Then, yesterday I went to the Sapulpa one armed with my Walgreens ad with this week and my $2 off Post cereal coupon expecting a hassle. I handed the cashier the ad and the cereal box, she adjusted then gladly took my coupon with not a word. I double checked my receipt and I got the full $2 off.

I'm pretty new to coupining, and learning A LOT here, so I'm hesitant sometimes not knowing all the policies and all. I'll get there, I hope!

I have a question. Those stores in Sapulpa are a mile a part, why not just go to Walgreens and avoid dealing with Walmart all together?

My theory is if a store has a good price in an ad, why not just go to that store?

They are trying to get your money by running a good sale, I think they should be rewarded. Even if Walmart price matches, they still get your money without earning your money.
