5 Ways to Save on Back to School Shopping

July 20, 2015 By Sarah Roe 1 Comment

Back to School DealsIt’s that time again! Can you believe it? Another summer has just flown by and we’re ushering in the Fall with back to school sales! This is actually my favorite time of year in terms of deal finding, the stock up prices are amazing both for school and the home office.

Before you head out for all those back to school deals, check out these tips below:

5 Ways to Save on Back to School Shopping

1. Use Coupons: There are tons of coupons out right now for school supplies and by combining a coupon with the ongoing sales, you are sure to score a great deal! Find coupons for the products you need on Coupons.com, our Coupon Matchup page or in your store sales flyer (Walgreens, CVS, etc).

2. Use our Matchups: We are currently publishing the latest back to school deals ever single week, compare the matchups and find the best stores with the best deals. Plus, like I said above, we have the coupons too!

3. Think Outside the Box: Walmart is not always the best deal when it comes to school supplies in fact, my favorite store is Staples. Office supply stores have amazing deals this time of year so don’t forget to check there too!

4. Use Rewards: Don’t forget about ECB’s (Easy Care Bucks at CVS) or Walgreens Rewards while you are shopping! If you stick to their sales and strategically shop, you’ll be earning rewards at the same time that will help you save money the next time you’re in the store!

5. Stock Up and Save: This is the absolute best time of year to buy school supplies, office supplies and computers. Now is the time to stock up on pens, paper, staplers, etc for your home office and also an extra stash for school. You won’t find better prices any other time of the year!

The best deals are happening right now so don’t miss out! And, remember, if you’re looking for a new laptop, now is the time to buy!
