I only drink water. Yep, that’s it. If you’ve been around here for long, you are probably aware I had an intense Diet Coke addiction at one time. I was getting up for news very early in the morning during that time and I survived on caffeine alone.
After awhile, I realized all that caffeine was not doing my body good. I gave it up. Cold turkey. Done. I was so tired of my body feeling tired that I kicked the habit entirely.
Now, I have no problem drinking water. In fact, I’m drinking water right now. That is all I drink. However, every once in awhile I like to give my water a little kick. Enter flavored water or infused water.
